Working with a Virtual Assistant may be a new concept to you and that’s why I have answered some of your most important questions below. Should you have any further questions that I have not answered for you below, you are more than welcome to contact me here .

Please note that unfortunately any hours that are not utilised will not roll over into the new month. I do however have other retainer packages and you are more than welcome to move to a lower monthly hour package or a higher hour package that suits you better than the selected package. I offer the full-range of VA tasks, from administration, diary management, email management to marketing functions like: social media management, blogging, newsletters, to managing small projects. The list is endless. To see a full list of my services, click here .

If you would like me to send emails and set up meetings on your behalf with clients or potential clients, it would be best for you to provide me with an email address with your company details, so that we can make sure your clients will know that I am assisting you in your business. I will make sure they know that I am your assistant.

If you are interested in using my services, we can set up a call between you and I, where we can discuss your company needs and the services that I can assist you with. Once you are happy to go ahead with my services I will provide you with the necessary items, payment and information I will require from you. We can then commence our working relationship together.

I operate individually and not as a team. Therefore you are always guaranteed that I will be paying full attention to each of my clients work.

Once we have gone through my on-boarding process, it would be advisable that we have a training session, either via Skype or Zoom.us, so that you can explain further details about your business, your goals and to show me precisely how you would like me to perform your tasks.

Please note that I do not offer a sales function as a service, however I am happy to follow-up with clients etc. on your behalf. Please note that these costs are not included in my retainer packages and I will be using Skype phone to make these calls, as this is a much cheaper option than using a mobile. I will discuss how I will include the Skype charges to your next invoice with you, prior to going ahead.

Please note that I do have other clients, however I am more than happy to discuss working longer-term with you, as your work is important to me and if we are progressing well together, we can look at shifting you to a higher retainer package.

Anything you share with me from the start will be kept 100% confidential. Your business is safe with me. I will also be signing a confidentiality agreement for you.
